What You’ll Do
As the Operations Coordinator for Patagonia Provisions, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operational execution across order management, logistics, inventory coordination, and office operations. You’ll work closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Operations, and external logistics partners to ensure orders move smoothly from entry through delivery, while maintaining accurate, audit‑ready documentation and supporting sustainability and reporting needs.

At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget. Note the full pay range for this role ranges from: $68,500-$102,840 USD Annual. The Hiring Range reflects where in the range we intend to hire for this role.
Workplace Location Overview
This position is Hybrid, with a standard schedule of Tuesday - Thursday on-site and remote work on other days. Occasional additional office visits may be required for team events or critical meetings.

What You’ll Do
As the Operations Coordinator for Patagonia Provisions, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operational execution across order management, logistics, inventory coordination, and office operations. You’ll work closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Operations, and external logistics partners to ensure orders move smoothly from entry through delivery, while maintaining accurate, audit‑ready documentation and supporting sustainability and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Track customer orders from entry through delivery and ensure service-level expectations are met.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Customer Experience (CX) inquiries related to orders, discrepancies, and delivery issues.
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond promptly to fulfillment, logistics, and operations-related requests.
- Quote, book, and track freight shipments; coordinate with carriers to resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain freight documentation, support dispute resolution, and assist with freight cost analysis.
- Support shipping activities, inventory availability checks, and DTC kitting status updates.
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to manage customer allocations and order inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels, support forecasting activities, and help resolve shortages or variances.
- Investigate and resolve mishaps, damages, and inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, commercial invoices, and related forms.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain organized, audit-ready records.
- Collect and maintain logistics and supply chain data to support sustainability, ESG, and EPR reporting.
- Assist with sustainability reporting, life cycle assessments (LCAs), and customer or regulatory disclosures.
- Support project management activities, including product launches and manufacturer onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and environmental performance.
- Manage general office supplies, coordinate facility needs, and support office protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 2–3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or order management; CPG experience is a plus.
- Experience working with ERP and order-entry systems, EDI platforms, and customer portals.
- Background in freight coordination, shipping documentation, or transportation logistics.
- Strong Excel skills and experience managing and analyzing operational data.
- Familiarity with inventory control, forecasting support, and discrepancy resolution.
- Experience managing customer inquiries and resolving order or delivery issues.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and audit readiness.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects and product launches.
- Ability to collect, maintain, and report on data related to sustainability or EPR requirements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Comfort supporting office operations and coordinating facilities-related needs.
