Inside Sales Admin and Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description
Role Objectives:
Inside Sales Admin and Lead Generation Specialist is a critical member of the sales team,
responsible for supporting sales operations and contributing to the growth of the customer base.
This role focuses on the administration of sales processes, management of customer data, and
the generation of high-quality sales leads. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for
detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various
departments to drive sales performance, and most importantly, be fully versed in Emerald
Ecovation’s Mission, Solutions and Product Mix.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
● Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including
● online databases, social media, and industry events.
● Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities
● and expand the customer base.
● Qualify leads by assessing their potential and relevance to the company’s
● products or services.
● Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
Inside Sales Duties
● Support the sales team in the preparation for and during presentations. May
● include on site appointments.
● Manage new customer records in NetSuite, ensuring data integrity and
● accuracy.
● Coordinate with internal departments on customer purchase history and
● opportunities for upsells.
Customer Relationship Management
● Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns
● while providing excellent customer service.
● Support the sales team in follow-up activities to nurture and maintain
● Customer relationships.
● Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for
● improvement and growth.
