Ready to drive sustainability impact across Pandora’s global organisation?

As our new Senior Specialist, you’ll play a key role in embedding sustainability into Pandora’s Global Procurement. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution - driving decarbonization, responsible sourcing, and supplier engagement at scale.

Sustainability strategy meets operational execution

In this role, you will be responsible for integrating Pandora’s sustainability strategy - particularly around decarbonization - into procurement activities and specific domain areas. You’ll act as a trusted partner to Category Management teams and business stakeholders, translating high-level ambitions into actionable roadmaps and tangible results across the supply chain.

You’ll play a central role in shaping how sustainability is embedded into procurement decisions, ensuring transparency, driving supplier innovation, and strengthening governance. With most of Pandora’s carbon footprint linked to external suppliers, your work will directly influence how we collaborate with partners to reduce emissions and improve social and environmental performance.

Working cross-functionally with Global Procurement, Sustainability, and business units, you’ll ensure that sustainability is fully integrated into business-critical decisions - making it a core driver of value and long-term success.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Acting as the sustainability focal point for Global Procurement Category Management teams
  • Embedding sustainability into category strategies, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes
  • Designing and managing engagement approaches with key business stakeholders

Procurement Integration

  • Supporting tender processes, supplier onboarding, and sustainability risk monitoring
  • Advising on sustainability-related contractual requirements and supplier expectations

Decarbonisation & Supplier Engagement

  • Owning and executing decarbonization roadmaps across designated categories
  • Leading supplier dialogues to identify joint initiatives and emission reduction opportunities
  • Driving collaboration between internal stakeholders and suppliers to scale solutions

Responsible Sourcing & Supplier Performance

  • Driving improvements in supplier compliance related to transparency, traceability, and human rights
  • Co-developing supplier KPIs and performance scorecards to track sustainability progress

Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building

  • Acting as a subject matter expert, influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
  • Contributing to capability-building initiatives to strengthen sustainability knowledge across the organization

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience within sustainability, ideally in a global or cross-functional environment
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability topics such as climate change, decarbonization, circularity, and human rights - preferably within supply chains
  • Experience working with procurement, operations, and supplier management
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Innovative mindset, with the ability to bring internal and external partners together to drive impact
  • Strong analytical and data-handling capabilities

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Are

  • Passionate about sustainability and embedding it into business decisions
  • A strong collaborator with the ability to influence across a complex organization
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Curious and solution-oriented, with a focus on driving tangible impact
