About The Opportunities

- Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL) Designing and implementing results frameworks, evaluations, learning systems, and performance reporting.
- Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Integrating GEDSI principles into program design, implementation, and monitoring, and supporting inclusive development outcomes.
- Operations (Finance and Program Management) Program and financial management, compliance, contract management, HR and operational oversight of large-scale programs.
- Communications and Public Diplomacy Strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, and public diplomacy initiatives.
- Climate Climate change mitigation and adaptation, climate finance, environmental sustainability, and resilience programming.
- Development Finance and Economics Economic analysis, private sector development, impact investing, blended finance, and policy advisory.

About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience working in international development across the Asia‑Pacific region, ideally within managing contractor or consulting environments
- Proven track record delivering or managing complex initiatives and coordinating effectively across multiple stakeholders, partners, and counterparts
- Strong understanding of donor‑funded programs, with experience working with DFAT, FCDO, USAID, ADB, World Bank, MFAT or similar donors highly regarded
- Ability to operate effectively in diverse, cross‑cultural and fast‑paced environments, adapting to changing contexts and priorities
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing high‑quality reports and briefing materials in clear, accessible language
- Clear commitment to high‑quality delivery and achieving sustainable, measurable development outcomes
