We're Hiring – ESG Intern (Remote)

Oxlera Private Limited is looking for passionate ESG Interns to contribute to the development of next-generation Carbon Intelligence and sustainability solutions for industry. If you're interested in carbon accounting, ESG reporting, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and sustainability analytics, we'd like to hear from you.


Must-Have Knowledge:

  • Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) concepts
  • Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR)
  • GHG Protocol (Corporate Standard, Scope 2 Guidance & Scope 3 Standard)
  • Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Accounting & Carbon Emission Mapping
  • Carbon Footprint Assessment (Scope 1, Scope 2 & Scope 3)
  • ISO 14064 – Greenhouse Gas Quantification & Reporting
  • ISO 14067 – Carbon Footprint of Products
  • ISO 14040 & ISO 14044 – Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
  • Sustainability Reporting Frameworks (GRI, IFRS S1/S2, CDP)
  • Emission Factors (IPCC, DEFRA, CEA/CPCB)
  • Carbon Accounting Methodologies
  • Microsoft Excel & Data Analysis
  • Technical Research and Report Writing

Candidates in their pre-final year, final year, or recent graduates from relevant disciplines with the above knowledge are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • ESG research and analysis
  • Carbon accounting and emissions quantification
  • Sustainability data analysis
  • Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) support and documentation
  • Technical documentation and reporting
  • Industry benchmarking
  • Support the development of sustainability solutions

Mode: Remote

Duration: 2–3 Months

Stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹6,000 per month (based on skills and contribution)
