We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainable transformation and is ready to support the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives across our diverse global portfolio. Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Sustainable Investing and Operations, the successful candidate will receive mentorship, coaching and guidance throughout their time at Oxford.
Job Responsibilities
The expected salary range for this position is $44,850.00 - $56,550.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract.
You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.

Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the Associate Director, Global Sustainable Investing and Operations to execute on several transformation initiatives, supporting end-to-end planning and delivery
- Data Collection & Assurance: Support the gathering and validation of energy, carbon, water, and waste data from all sites. Collaborate with third-party auditors to ensure data integrity and prevent greenwashing.
- Stakeholder Interviews: Assist in interviewing legal, insurance, asset management, property management, and executive teams to identify key achievements and insights.
- Framework Alignment: Ensure sustainability reporting aligns with third-party frameworks such as TCFD and GRI.
- Providing administrative and project / portfolio management support regarding Oxford’s energy, emissions and environmental data management platform
- Developing the needed tools, templates, processes, and workflows to help streamline environmental data management integration to business processes
- Supporting integration of qualitative ESG data into the new ESG dashboard on PowerBI
- Supporting continued development several PowerBI dashboard products for Green investments analysis and portfolio decarbonization planning and modelling
- Helping to lead / support internal meetings and team development initiatives
- Managing relationships with key business stakeholders
- Developing solutions working in conjunction with our asset management, finance, data, and technology teams
- Development of presentation and preparation materials to support meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc research, assignments, and deliverables as needed, related to the following subjects: decarbonization technologies, green market instruments, physical climate risk/climate change, emerging industry regulations, standards, and best practices
- The end-to-end process of sustainability reporting, from data collection to publication.
- How ESG frameworks guide reporting and decision-making.
- The importance of data assurance and transparency in sustainability.
- How to communicate complex sustainability topics to diverse audiences.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Sustainability
- Passionate about pursuing a career in Operations, Transformation, Sustainability, or Corporate Reporting
- Intellectually curious, self-motivated and directed, and committed to learning
- Able to produce clear, logical and polished deliverables
- Able to prioritize and deliver high quality product within deadlines
