Crewforce, a trusted leader in solar and electrical staffing, is looking for entry-level Solar Assembly & Prep Technicians to support our growing solar projects. This is a full-time, outdoor role where you’ll help prepare and assemble solar components for installation crews. Perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry.
Key Duties
- Assemble and stage solar materials and components for installation.
- Follow current NEC codes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Use basic hand and power tools to cut, prep, and organize materials.
- Work outdoors in all weather while maintaining a safe and clean worksite.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet project timelines and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Personal tools and PPE (safety gear) are required.
- Knowledge of updated NEC codes is necessary.
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn on the job.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $17–$20+ per hour to start (based on experience).
- Weekly Pay for consistent income.
- Referral Bonuses: Up to $250 for successful referrals.
