Crewforce, a trusted leader in solar and electrical staffing, is looking for entry-level Solar Assembly & Prep Technicians to support our growing solar projects. This is a full-time, outdoor role where you’ll help prepare and assemble solar components for installation crews. Perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry.

Key Duties

  • Assemble and stage solar materials and components for installation.

  • Follow current NEC codes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Use basic hand and power tools to cut, prep, and organize materials.

  • Work outdoors in all weather while maintaining a safe and clean worksite.

  • Collaborate with team leads to meet project timelines and productivity goals.

Qualifications

  • Personal tools and PPE (safety gear) are required.

  • Knowledge of updated NEC codes is necessary.

  • Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn on the job.

  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Compensation & Perks

  • Pay: $17–$20+ per hour to start (based on experience).

  • Weekly Pay for consistent income.

  • Referral Bonuses: Up to $250 for successful referrals.
