Warehouse Assembly & Prep Technician (Entry-Level)
Job Description
Crewforce, a trusted leader in solar and electrical staffing, is looking for entry-level Solar Assembly & Prep Technicians to support our growing solar projects. This is a full-time, outdoor role where you’ll help prepare and assemble solar components for installation crews. Perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry.
Key Duties
Assemble and stage solar materials and components for installation.
Follow current NEC codes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Use basic hand and power tools to cut, prep, and organize materials.
Work outdoors in all weather while maintaining a safe and clean worksite.
Collaborate with team leads to meet project timelines and productivity goals.
Qualifications
Personal tools and PPE (safety gear) are required.
Knowledge of updated NEC codes is necessary.
Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn on the job.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Compensation & Perks
Pay: $17–$20+ per hour to start (based on experience).
Weekly Pay for consistent income.
Referral Bonuses: Up to $250 for successful referrals.
