We are currently seeking a Carded Journeyman Electrician (State of California) with extensive solar experience to join our team for a commercial solar carport project in El Centro, CA.


This is a project-based opportunity running from March 1 through June 1. Ideal candidates will have strong solar installation experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

  • Must be a Carded Journeyman Electrician in the State of California
  • Extensive hands-on solar experience (commercial preferred)
  • Experience with:
    • Solar carport installations
    • Conduit bending and installation
    • Wire pulls and terminations
    • Inverter installation and connections
    • Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical plans
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in outdoor environments
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset


  • Competitive hourly pay (DOE)
  • Per diem provided
  • Hotel accommodations provided during the week for workers commuting from the San Diego area
