Job Overview

Crewforce, the nation’s leading provider of electricians and solar technicians, is seeking entry-level Solar Prefabrication Technicians to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in the solar industry. You’ll assist with assembling, preparing, and staging solar components to support large-scale solar installations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform outdoor prefabrication of solar components according to project specifications.

  • Follow updated NEC codes to ensure compliance and safety standards.

  • Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.

  • Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and prepare materials for installation.

  • Adhere to company and site-specific safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Must provide your own tools and PPE (safety gear).

  • Familiarity with updated NEC codes is required.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $17–$20+ per hour (based on experience).

  • Weekly Pay for consistent income.

  • Referral Bonuses: Earn up to $250 for successful referrals (ask for details!).
