The Role

  • We are hiring leaders across business development, supply chain, project management, technology, HR and other functions for the new energy business.
  • You will report to senior leadership, drive strategic initiatives, and help shape the future of energy and industrial decarbonization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in batteries, green hydrogen, green fuels and clean energy solutions.
  • Build supplier networks and drive strategic sourcing for critical components and equipment.
  • Lead projects from feasibility to commercial operations, managing budgets, risks and stakeholders.
  • Drive technology development and deployment across batteries, energy storage, hydrogen and green fuels.
  • Build teams and talent pipelines for technology, manufacturing and commercial growth.
  • Contribute to finance, legal, compliance, quality, safety, strategy, operations and manufacturing functions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in batteries, energy storage, green hydrogen, green fuels, fuel cells, chemicals, renewables or adjacent industrial sectors.
  • Background in business development, supply chain, project management, technology, HR or related functions.
  • Proven ownership of technology, projects, commercial outcomes, manufacturing or business operations.
  • Understanding of the technical, commercial or regulatory aspects relevant to the role.
  • Experience scaling new technologies, industrial projects or emerging energy businesses.

Must Haves:

  • Experience in high-growth or build-from-scratch environments.
  • Exposure to industrial decarbonization or clean-tech initiatives.
  • Background in large-scale infrastructure or manufacturing projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in energy or industrial sectors.
  • Experience in leadership hiring or organizational development for emerging businesses.
