Sales Support Administrator – Belgian Market

Join OSW Netherlands BV and be part of one of Europe's fastest-growing renewable energy companies. We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to support our Belgian market from our office in the Netherlands.


As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth order processing across Belgium.


Your responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate information in our CRM and internal systems.
  • Process customer orders and verify order, pricing, and payment details.
  • Provide professional support to Belgian customers via phone, email, and webshop.
  • Keep customers informed about order status, deliveries, and payments.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation.
  • Handle after-sales enquiries, customer claims, and resolve issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.


What we're looking for

  • Professional proficiency in French and dutch (Flemish) - (written and spoken).
  • Good command of English and Dutch.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other business applications.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
