Role Summary

We’re looking for a Process Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to lead and optimise process design and execution for hydrogen and wastewater treatment systems.

You will take ownership of key process engineering deliverables from design calculations to commissioning support, ensuring our systems operate safely, efficiently, and at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and detailed mass & energy balances.
  • Lead equipment sizing and technical specifications for pumps, reactors, heat exchangers, tanks, and piping systems.
  • Support plant commissioning, startup, and performance validation activities.
  • Analyse plant data to optimise efficiency, yield, reliability, and energy consumption.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and project teams during execution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and process performance reports.


What We’re Looking For

  • B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in process engineering, industrial projects, or plant operations.
  • Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and reaction engineering.
  • Experience interpreting and developing P&IDs and technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimise live industrial systems.
  • Comfortable with on-site work during commissioning and project execution.
  • Structured, analytical, and ownership-driven mindset.


Good to Have

  • Experience in hydrogen systems, wastewater treatment, bioprocess, or energy infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with process simulation tools (Aspen, HYSYS, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to EPC projects or industrial plant scale-up.
  • Understanding of process safety and regulatory compliance standards.
