Role Summary

We’re looking for an Associate – Human Capital Innovation Office to help shape the future of work at Ossus.

This role sits at the intersection of people strategy, organisational design, and sustainability-driven talent systems. You’ll support initiatives that reimagine how we attract, grow, and engage world-class talent while building a deeply inclusive and impact-driven culture.

This isn’t traditional HR; this is people innovation.


What You’ll Do

  • Support the design and rollout of next-generation talent initiatives, including workforce planning, capability mapping, and leadership development.
  • Analyse workforce data to generate insights on engagement, performance, and cultural health.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, BioOps, ESG) to embed people strategy into business decisions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and immersive culture experiences across teams and locations.
  • Help craft internal narratives around Ossus’ people philosophy through storytelling and structured communication.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) across programs and systems.
  • Drive operational excellence in talent initiatives through OKRs, dashboards, and structured project tracking.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in People Operations, Organisational Development, Consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in the future of work, culture design, and climate-tech.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting workforce data and metrics.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills (presentations, documentation, facilitation).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Purpose-driven, proactive, and emotionally intelligent.


Good to Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Organisational Psychology, Sustainability, Business, or related fields.
  • Exposure to design thinking, agile project management, or systems change frameworks.
  • Experience in clean energy, biotech, or deep-tech sectors.
