Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Administrator located in Vancouver, BC. The Technical Administrator will be responsible for providing technical and project management support to clients, ensuring effective communication between teams, managing customer service interactions, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of IT systems. This role may also involve collaboration with sales teams to assist in technical aspects of customer relationships and contribute to the successful deployment of our energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the marine industry- commercial and recreational.
• knowledge of electricity and electronics in the marine industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology systems to troubleshoot and maintain software and hardware solutions.
• Proven experience in Customer Service to proactively address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with Sales processes to provide technical insights and support customer account management, ensuring satisfaction with solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment and adapt to evolving technology and initiatives.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
