The Role

As Sales Manager, you will own full P&L responsibility for both our internal (in-house) and external (dealer/channel partner) sales organizations in your assigned region(s). This is a high-impact, player-coach position inside a company in explosive growth mode.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing internal sales team (door-to-door, inside sales, retail/energy consultants)
• Onboard, manage, and scale a network of external dealer partners and sub-dealers
• Set and hit aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Establish and enforce daily/weekly KPIs, performance tracking, and accountability systems
• Drive a winning, high-energy culture focused on results and constant improvement
• Partner with marketing to optimize lead flow and campaign ROI
• Collaborate with operations to maintain sky-high close rates and seamless customer experience
• Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting directly to senior leadership

What You Bring

• 5+ years sales leadership experience (solar, home improvement, roofing, HVAC, pest control, alarm/security or similar high-ticket direct sales strongly preferred)
• Proven history of building and scaling teams to 150–300%+ of quota
• Experience running both in-house reps and external dealer/channel networks
• Deep knowledge of salary + commission and commission-only pay structures
• Strong personal recruiting engine and ability to attract A-players
• Data-driven: fluent in CRM systems, dialers, and sales metrics
• Exceptional motivator who leads from the front

Compensation

Highly competitive and fully negotiable base salary + aggressive uncapped team overrides, commissions, and bonuses.
Top performers realistically exceed $300k–$500k+ annually. We pay for results and are open to structuring the right deal for proven closers and builders.
