Position Overview
The Debt Closer plays a key role in finalizing client enrollments into our debt relief program. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust quickly with clients who are ready to take their final steps toward debt resolution. You’ll work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct final calls with clients to review and confirm program details.
- Verify all documentation, terms, and agreements are properly completed.
- Address client questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to finalize client accounts.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
- Meet or exceed closing and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in debt relief, financial services, or sales closing preferred.
- Call center experience REQUIRED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Empathetic and confident phone presence.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Proficient with CRM software and digital documentation tools.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekends or evenings as needed
Compensation
$17 per hour (Base + Commission)
Total compensation depends on experience and performance.
