You will develop the foundation for Opoura products and services in the US by ensuring that information and instructions from customers are communicated constructively to all relevant stakeholders internally. You will ensure that the sales and delivery processes are handled effectively and efficiently throughout the supply chain, as flawless and professional project execution is the backbone of the entire operation, where we deliver tailor-made solutions to our customers through project-based sales. The role consists of equal parts hard-core Project Management skills and extensive commercial and technical understanding. Projects are established at a strategic level, and you, as a Project Manager, will have full responsibility for budget planning and controlling (in co-operation with Sales) and compliance with our Stage Gate project model, as well as set KPI’s for each project. The position requires a Project Manager who is to identify and engage project-relevant stakeholders, as aligned communication and decision-making is key to success. Qualifications Strong expertise in Project Management, demonstrating the ability to lead and execute projects on time and within budget Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables Knowledge of Inspection processes and practices to maintain project quality and compliance Familiarity with Logistics Management to streamline supply chain operations effectively Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with project management tools and techniques, such as Gantt charts and risk analysis Experience in the energy industry or renewable energy sector is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree is a plus
