We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new solar projects across several market segments. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' energy needs, financial goals, and site suitability for solar installation.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and project management teams to develop tailored solar solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits of solar energy and our company's offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Maintain ongoing clients relations for future expansion and referral opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales. Solar energy and/or related industries preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel statewide as needed.
