i2Cool Group is a fast-growing Hong Kong-based tech company pioneering radiative cooling technology. The company’s proprietary i2Cool® materials reflect solar radiation and emit heat into outer space, achieving passive, electricity-free cooling of surfaces and buildings without any energy input.

 

One Planet Studio (OPS) is launching I2cool in Europe and is looking for a driven Entrepreneur to own that journey from day one. This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to run their own business — but without the uncertainty of starting from scratch. Rather than spending years searching for the right idea, validating a market, or building a network, you step into a pre-validated venture: the technology is proven, the market opportunity is identified, the first leads are ready, and exclusive commercialisation rights are secured. You co-own what you build, with OPS as your partner and a clear path to equity and exit.

YOUR MISSION

 

As Entrepreneur / Co-Founder, you will have full ownership of I2cool's Europe market entry in all its aspects:

 

– Define and execute I2cool’s Europe go-to-market strategy.

– Identify and prioritize target customer segments: contractors, developers, architects.

– Define pricing strategy to maximize both market penetration and profitability.

– Lead business development, sales prospecting, and revenue generation.

– Build I2cool’s brand presence in the European market.

– Drive fundraising efforts and manage investor relations in collaboration with OPS.

– Maintain and manage a strong partnership with the I2cool technology provider.

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for a hands-on leader who combines entrepreneurial drive with commercial acumen:

 

– Entrepreneurial self-starter with a genuine passion for cleantech and sustainability.

– Experience with architectural and/or industrial coatings.

– Proven track record in business development, B2B sales, or go-to-market execution.

– Strong knowledge of the European coatings market.

– Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute.

– Excellent communicator — able to engage contractors, investors, and decision-makers alike.

– Resilient and decisive under uncertainty; at ease with the inherent risk of venture building.

– Skilled project manager — able to handle multiple workstreams efficiently and professionally.

– Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

– Languages: professional English is required.
