Are you a recent Grad with an excellent academic background looking to join a positive impact company? We're hiring for a Customer Success Associate at a fast-growing Climate Tech company driving positive environmental impact. This is a remote-first role with the option of working from either a London or Cambridge if you prefer to be in office.
About you:
- Personable and enjoys building strong customer relationships
- Academically accomplished with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify customer problems and apply learnt solutions from previous interactions
- Passionate about making a positive impact
- Shown that you've taken responsibility, whether that be university societies, sports roles or leadership roles at school
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Plan and organise customer onboarding sessions and deliver training on the products
- Problem solve by gathering data to drive customer engagement with the product
- Engage with customers throughout the sales process, from product demonstrations to post-purchase success
- Provide 1st/2nd line support from ticket creation to resolution
