The Role

The company is seeking a bright and motivated Graduate Customer Success Associate to join its expanding team. This is a varied and engaging role, ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys problem-solving and building relationships. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping them get the most out of the company’s platform while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective solutions.


About You:

  • Strong academic background with excellent grades (ideally from a STEM or analytical discipline, though all degrees are welcome)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Friendly, approachable, and eager to help others succeed
  • Quick to learn new systems and tools; no prior technical experience required
  • Genuine interest in sustainability, climate, or technology
