Graduate Climate Tech Support Associate – ClimateTech Scale Up

Location: Remote-first (Cambridge or London office optional)

Salary: £30,000–£39,000 DOE + benefits

The Role:

You’ll be the bridge between our users and our technology — helping customers like local councils, utilities, and energy planners get the most out of our digital energy planning platform.

From onboarding and training to proactive engagement and support, you’ll play a key role in customer success and product adoption. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll see the real-world impact of your work every day.

For the right person, there’s a clear pathway to progress into a leadership or commercial role within two years.


What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and customer training
  • Monitor platform usage to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activity through demos and discovery calls
  • Provide 1st/2nd line technical support via service desk and chat platforms
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide best-practice product guidance
  • Maintain internal and external knowledge bases
  • Feed customer insights back into product and development teams


What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive, can-do mindset
  • Strong interest in energy, sustainability, or decarbonisation
  • Confident engaging with customers at all levels


Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer success, support, or training roles
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Intercom, or similar
  • Exposure to BI reporting, data tools (Excel, Sheets, SQL), or Agile environments
  • Understanding of web applications (front-end or back-end)
