Business Operations & Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and management summaries
- Organize and document internal and external project meetings
- Coordinate multiple projects across the business including marine operations, cable recovery campaigns, recycling infrastructure, and commercial initiatives.
- Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and action items
- Maintain project schedules and ensure follow-up on key actions
- Support operational and administrative activities across the business
- Work directly with the COO on strategic and operational initiatives
Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, logistics, engineering, infrastructure, or related fields
- Fluent English; Professional Spanish is an advantage
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Hands-on approach with the ability to combine planning and execution
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a growing and fast-moving business
- Willingness to travel occasionally
