You will take in charge supporting the Requirements & Front Office Department across commercial activities, bid management and product requirements governance.

Your mission will include:
Managing the NUWARD Programme Requirements Specification: ensuring consistency, traceability, and governance
Driving the evolution of programme requirements to ensure alignment with market expectations and long-term deployment objectives.
Analysing variability drivers (country regulations, site conditions, client needs) and assessing their impact on the programme requirements baseline.
Structuring and managing product line logic (options and variants catalogue) in alignment with programme requirements and deployment scenarios.
Conducting technological and competitive intelligence on SMR designs, key technologies, and market positioning to inform programme requirements.
Coordinating cross-functionally with NUWARD teams, EDF entities, engineering partners, customers, and nuclear safety authorities in an international environment.
Supporting commercial activities, including contributing to client discussions and ensuring that programme requirements adequately address customer expectations.
? Job based in Lyon with frequent trips to other NUWARD sites and abroad.
Your profile:
Confirmed engineer / officer (minimum 10 years’ experience)
You will have proven experience in:
The nuclear sector with a strong safety culture.
Cross-functional coordination and steering of multi-stakeholder activities in an international environment.
Producing concise, high-quality deliverables (briefs, decision notes, bid documents, programme requirement documentation).
Analysing and integrating deployment variability (country regulations, site conditions, client needs)
Product line structuring (options/variants catalogue) in alignment with programme requirements and deployment scenarios, with strong stakeholder alignment.
Fluency in written and spoken French is essential; professional English is required.
