We are partnering with Nature Economy Jobs to identify a high-performing SDR who wants to help scale a business focused on creating positive environmental impact.
As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be generating conversations with organizations that are actively hiring or planning to hire talent within the climate, sustainability, and environmental sectors.
You will work directly with the Founder at Nature Economy Jobs to build pipeline, create opportunities, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

- Identify target companies across climate tech, sustainability, conservation, renewable energy, environmental services, regenerative agriculture, carbon markets, and ESG sectors.
- Build and manage prospect lists using modern prospecting tools.
- Execute outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
- Personalize outreach based on company initiatives, hiring activity, and market trends.
- Book qualified meetings with founders, CEOs, hiring managers, talent leaders, and HR executives.
- Uncover hiring challenges and workforce needs.
- Position the value of Nature Economy Jobs as a hiring partner.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and conversion metrics.
- Provide feedback on messaging, objections, and market opportunities.
- Stay informed on hiring trends within climate and sustainability sectors.
- Identify emerging markets and growth opportunities.
- Share insights gathered from conversations with prospective customers.
- 1+ year of experience in SDR, BDR, recruiting, staffing, business development, or sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience selling recruiting, staffing, HR, SaaS, or professional services.
- Interest in sustainability, climate technology, conservation, or environmental innovation.
- Familiarity with CRM and outbound sales tools such as Attio, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, Apollo, or similar platforms.
