Customer Support/Inside Sales
Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Support / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be the front line of communication for our customers, building relationships, supporting orders, and ensuring every client interaction reflects NuGen’s high standard of service and sustainability focus.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, orders, and follow-ups with professionalism and urgency. 
- Prospect, qualify, and manage inbound/outbound sales leads to drive new opportunities. 
- Build trusted relationships with customers, providing clear guidance and sustainable packaging insights. 
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and order confirmations in collaboration with operations and supply-chain teams. 
- Track customer activity through CRM, ensuring visibility and timely updates for stakeholders. 
- Coordinate logistics, order status, and documentation between clients, warehouses, and factories. 
- Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and lead-generation initiatives. 
- Stay informed on sustainability regulations and help clients maintain compliance. 
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across NuGen’s packaging portfolio. 
- Embody NuGen’s client-partner approach through responsive, solution-driven service. 
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in inside sales, customer support, or account management (packaging, manufacturing, or consumer goods a plus). 
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, both written and verbal. 
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
- Quickbooks, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency (Zoho experience a plus). 
- A collaborative mindset and passion for sustainability, innovation, and great client experiences.
