  • Temporary role up to 30 June 2026
  • Full-time at 35 hours per week plus FlexTime
  • Located in Parramatta or other office location by negotiation with hybrid working supported
  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 plus Super


 

The Water Group’s Customer and Assistance team are currently seeking to appoint a Project Officer Water Enquiries to contribute to and implement delivery of high-quality customer services, stakeholder and community engagement activities. The role contributes to the coordination of customer enquiries, integrating the Licensing & Approvals (L&A) customer service with the Water Enquiries team. This is a frontline role, answering enquiries that are received by both phone and email.

You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. You bring experience in delivering high-quality customer service and have a strong ability to manage complex and sensitive issues with professionalism and integrity. Building and maintaining positive relationships with diverse stakeholders comes naturally to you, and you are skilled at tailoring your message to different audiences.


 

You are comfortable working collaboratively across teams and can influence and negotiate to achieve positive outcomes. Your ability to think critically and solve problems enables you to manage multiple demands while ensuring timely and effective resolution of enquiries. You embrace technology to improve efficiency and are committed to continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.


 

Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or SRM (Stakeholder Relationship Management) system would be beneficial
