About the role
National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for a Manager Education & Volunteer Programs to work as part of the team and contribute towards the conservation of the natural environment, flora, fauna and Aboriginal heritage.
Lead and manage a team to design, implement and evaluate education programs that support the regulated community to understand their obligations and improve voluntary compliance. The role collaborates across other NPWS business units to identify opportunities for educational tools to be utilized and designs broad and/or targeted programs that can achieve efficient behaviour change.
About You
A key accountability is the project management and leadership of a portfolio of projects, including scoping and delivery of project outcomes, managing resources, and reporting and monitoring of project outcomes to ensure project activities support the implementation of NPWS and Department objectives.

Essential Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in visitor management, tourism, recreation, experience and educational program delivery.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
