- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 + super
The Natural Resources Access Regulator (NRAR’s) Innovation Systems and Intelligence team are seeking to appoint a Campaign Advisory Lead who will lead the Campaign Design and Support team within the Intelligence function that provides compliance campaign design and support to NRAR’s operational teams.
This role applies behavioural and data insights to regulatory practice and program design, leveraging NRAR’s intelligence, spatial and ICT systems and tools to develop and implement frameworks and toolkits to improve operational data collection processes and enable demonstration of compliance campaign effectiveness. The role also identifies and remediates issues and implements improvements to effectiveness and efficiency.
About You
You are a strategic and collaborative professional with excellent communication skills who can translate complex intelligence into actionable compliance and operational outcomes. You have experience designing programs that drive behaviour change, analysing operational requirements and recommending actions.
You bring:
- Expertise using data and intelligence to inform program design.
- Experience developing initiatives that influence behaviour change and deliver measurable results.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to build trust and foster collaboration.
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing teams.
You thrive on challenges such as:
- Working in a dynamic regulatory environment across a broad range of issues and challenges.
- Building credibility with operational stakeholders to encourage openness to change.
- Embedding data quality standards while simplifying complexity for frontline implementation.
Your ability to lead with insight, influence stakeholders, and deliver practical solutions will be key to success in this role.
