Join us as our new Senior Data Management Engineer.
This role calls for a highly experienced professional who can drive the design, development, and optimization of scalable databases and advanced data models to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and seamless integration of master data across enterprise systems. Lead the architecture and continuous improvement of master data governance frameworks and ETL pipelines to enhance data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Play a key role in agentic AI initiatives by establishing strong, scalable master data foundations and enabling intelligent data integrations. Own the implementation and evolution of systems supporting master data creation, validation, distribution, and quality monitoring at scale. Collaborate closely with IT and enterprise architecture teams to drive seamless integration of data solutions across platforms. Lead complex data cleansing, standardization, and migration efforts during large-scale transformation programs. Partner with business stakeholders and Master Data Governance leadership to define strategic requirements and translate them into robust, future-ready technical solutions. Ensure all solutions align with enterprise IT strategy, data governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Provide thought leadership and technical direction during system upgrades, migrations, and enterprise-wide data transformations involving master data.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Provide strategic oversight and global support for master data platforms and database systems, ensuring high availability and efficient resolution of complex service requests and incidents.
- Lead the gathering and refinement of business and technical requirements, and oversee the creation of comprehensive solution designs, technical specifications, and documentation, including validation and UAT processes.
- Architect, design, and continuously enhance advanced database and MDM solutions to enable scalable, high-quality master data creation, validation, distribution, and governance, supporting business growth and transformation.
- Drive and lead data management programs and initiatives across the full lifecycle—design, development, testing, and deployment—ensuring delivery of robust, scalable, and enterprise-aligned data solutions.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- Over 5-9 years of proven experience in database design, development, and data engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, along with strong hands-on experience in ETL tools and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- In-depth knowledge of MDM platforms, complemented by a solid understanding of data governance frameworks and data flow optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong expertise in database architecture, data modeling best practices, and system integration approaches.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and influence strategic decisions through technical insight and domain expertise.
