Job Summary
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will act as a bridge between the Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure Novata’s solutions are clearly positioned and successfully adopted in the market. You will support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and help shape how customers experience our Carbon and Companies products.
This is a highly collaborative role that blends market insights, storytelling, and analytics, reporting to the Head of Content & Product Marketing. As a new role within the organization, this position is an exciting opportunity to help shape the product marketing function and influence how Novata brings its solutions to market.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
95,000 - 105,000 USD per year (NY Office)

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner closely with Product teams to understand roadmap priorities and develop clear and compelling messaging frameworks, value propositions, and narratives for Novata’s Carbon and Companies products.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer personas, consistently review client feedback, and engage in client testing sessions on Carbon and Companies products.
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of product launches and feature releases, including GTM strategy, positioning, and campaign optimization.
- Create and maintain marketing and sales enablement materials, including launch briefs, one-pagers, interactive pitch decks, demo scripts, FAQs, and videos.
- Develop product value content for website pages, in-platform messaging, paid media, events, and thought leadership initiatives, as needed.
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to develop high-quality collateral for internal and client training, including product walkthroughs, feature guides, and onboarding support content.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, and Client Communications to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and support campaign rollouts.
- Track KPIs for product launches, campaigns, and enablement programs, and iterate on messaging, optimize content, and improve the impact of GTM activities.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or related roles (experience in B2B SaaS, sustainability, climate tech, or data/analytics platforms preferred).
- Strong ability to translate product concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
- Experience supporting GTM planning, product launches, or cross-functional marketing programs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and use insights to refine strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and product management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating and editing videos a plus.
- Experience working with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar tools a plus.
- This role is based in New York, with hybrid working arrangements (2 days in office).
