You’ll Get To
- Support the Sustainability team within our Integrated Buildings division in achieving key sustainability benchmarks including NABERS, Green Star Ratings and potential WELL, Living Building Challenge and Passivhaus.
- Utilise modelling and design tools such as DesignBuilder, NatHERS software and E-tool read and interpret drawings to help identify opportunities for improved building performance
- Assist with modelling and analysis across energy, carbon, daylight, thermal comfort, water balance, and lifecycle impacts
- Contribute to documentation for third-party certifications and sustainability frameworks
- Research best-practice regenerative design strategies for buildings, precincts, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with project team such as project managers, architects, engineers across multiple disciplines mechanical, electrical, civil, structural to deliver sustainability outcomes that matter

We’re Looking For Students Who Are
- Studying related Engineering and Architectural disciplines such Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, and/or Renewable Energy.
- Comfortable using sustainability related 3D modelling/design tools In their third or final year of study in university
- Familiar with regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements and rating tool s such as NCC, Green Star, BASIX, NatHERS, NABERS, BESS or Passivhaus
- Having clear communication, good work ethic, enjoying fast pace environment and willing to work from our CBD office.
- Collaborative, curious, and passionate about sustainability
- Motivated to improve processes, challenge convention, and contribute to sustainable outcomes
