*Job Description*: We are seeking an experienced Electricians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, with a particular focus on backup power solutions and renewable energy technologies.
*Responsibilities: *
* Install, maintain, and repair standby generators, solar panels, and battery backup systems
* Perform electrical work for residential and commercial properties
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
* Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians
* Estimate new projects, including material costs, labor hours, and overall project scope
*Requirements: *
* Valid Maine Master Electrician license
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician
* Experience with standby generators, solar installations, and battery backup systems
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
*Preferred Qualifications: *
* Experience managing teams of electricians at various skill levels
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Experience with renewable energy systems and smart home technologies
* NABCEP certification (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners)
* OSHA safety certification
