We’re currently seeking a talented and experienced Product Reliability and Continuous Improvement Senior Engineer to join our Product Reliability and Development Excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement practices. In this role, you will lead process improvement ensuring the reliability and quality of our products through the implementation of best practices, innovative solutions, and rigorous testing methodologies.

We’re currently seeking a talented and experienced Product Reliability and Continuous Improvement Senior Engineer to join our Product Reliability and Development Excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement practices. In this role, you will lead process improvement ensuring the reliability and quality of our products through the implementation of best practices, innovative solutions, and rigorous testing methodologies.

- Develop and implement product reliability strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product design, validation, and testing processes
- Define and implement best practices for product reliability, including design for reliability (DFR) principles and reliability testing methodologies
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance product reliability and development excellence
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product reliability initiatives and drive improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance teams
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in product development, reliability engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of product reliability initiatives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results
Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada. This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
