PC Refresh Technician (temporary 2 months)

Responsibilities:- Managing all aspects of a PC Refresh for 100+ devices
- Complete multiple refreshes daily with strong attention to detail & documentation
- Responsible for the staging, imaging, and deployment of new laptops
- Assigning assets to individuals and record location data for users to include asset tags, model numbers, serial numbers and assigned users throughout the deployment/refresh process
- Working with end-users to assure their data is transferred to their new device successfully
- Tracking resolution of each device refreshes progress and updating customers on ticket status

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to provide top-notch customer service to end-users being supported
- Ensure each of our end-users have a positive experience with our team and their technology needs each day
What you mustalready bring to the table:
- Experience with Active Directory account creation and administration
- Working knowledge of Azure AD and Intune
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with user administration and troubleshooting in the Microsoft O365 productivity suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc)
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required
- 1-2 years of IT Service Desk experience in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada. This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
