Overview:

PC Refresh Technician (temporary 2 months)

Come join the Nikola Motor’s Information Technology team as a PC Refresh Technician on-site at our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. Our team culture emphasizes collaboration, communication, and commitment to help us reach our goals in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing all aspects of a PC Refresh for 100+ devices
  • Complete multiple refreshes daily with strong attention to detail & documentation
  • Responsible for the staging, imaging, and deployment of new laptops
  • Assigning assets to individuals and record location data for users to include asset tags, model numbers, serial numbers and assigned users throughout the deployment/refresh process
  • Working with end-users to assure their data is transferred to their new device successfully
  • Tracking resolution of each device refreshes progress and updating customers on ticket status
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • To be comfortable speaking to end users in a professional manner
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and act
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to provide top-notch customer service to end-users being supported
  • Ensure each of our end-users have a positive experience with our team and their technology needs each day


What you must
already bring to the table:

  • Experience with Active Directory account creation and administration
  • Working knowledge of Azure AD and Intune
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams in a corporate environment
  • Familiarity with user administration and troubleshooting in the Microsoft O365 productivity suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc)
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required
  • 1-2 years of IT Service Desk experience in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

  • Self-starter, team-player, and a collaborative personality
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)


Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada. This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
