Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role for demolition projects, based in Stockholm or any another location as needed. The Supervisor will oversee demolition project operations, including planning, coordinating construction and demolition activities, and leading on-site teams to ensure safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, managing resources, supervising workers, addressing challenges, and ensuring timely project completion while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
- Knowledge of construction and demolition processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage resources and project timelines.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and overseeing work completion on-site.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with workers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, with a safety-first approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools and practices is an advantage.
- Previous experience in demolition or construction industries is a strong asset.
- Valid driver’s license and fluency in Swedish and/or English are preferred.
