Role Description

This is a temporary position twill span approximately 9 months and consist of approximately 22 days of work.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in education, instructional/learning design, or related field.
• ≥7 years in adult pedagogy, curriculum design, and capacity building for public-sector audiences.
• Expertise in learning outcomes, assessment instruments, MEL for training programs, and accessibility standards (contrast, alt-text, captions); experience integrating GESI throughout content and delivery.
• Proven ability to produce facilitator and learner guides, slide decks, exercises/cases, assessments, and factsheets suitable for high-quality training workshop.
