The Sourcing Analyst in Nextpower office Hyderabad. The analyst will support the Director in preparing requests for proposal for all steel parts in Nextpower product and India suppliers as well as analyzing offers and cost/capacity models.

The Sourcing Analyst in Nextpower office Hyderabad. The analyst will support the Director in preparing requests for proposal for all steel parts in Nextpower product and India suppliers as well as analyzing offers and cost/capacity models.

- Identify patterns in cost analysis to drive sourcing strategy
- Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
- Analyze steel markets and perform supplier screening and qualification
- Review and analyze quotations
- Develop and maintain suppliers’ scorecards
- Support new supplier development and qualification
- Support process optimization in the Supply Chain department
- Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Strong data analysis skills required
- Experience with VBA and PowerBI preferred
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent oral and written communications in English
- Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results
- Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly
- Autonomous
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred
- We are looking for someone with 5-10yrs of experience
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, solar and/or steel sector preferred
- Experience working in an international environment
