The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Associate to support continued growth in key U.S.

markets. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-oriented

environment and wants to build a long-term career in sustainability-focused enterprise sales with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship development.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial real estate owners, operators, and decision-makers.
  • Deliver polished, data-driven presentations that clearly communicate financial and environmental ROI.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract execution.
  • Develop strong technical knowledge of LED lighting systems, controls, and sustainability solutions.
  • Prepare accurate proposals, scopes of work, and sales documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless handoff and project execution.
  • Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within lighting, construction, energy, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to preparation and execution excellence.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Location & Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers face-to-face. Candidates should be based in

or near one of the following markets: Texas (Houston, Dallas, or Austin), Nashville, TN, or

Denver, CO.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based bonus. Expected total

compensation range: $75,000 – $150,000+ for top performers.
