About Nexar Dynamics
Nexar Dynamics is building an AI-powered intelligent recycling platform designed for offices, hotels, universities, airports, and large commercial facilities.
Our flagship product, the XI Core Device, combines Computer Vision, Robotics, Material Processing, and Sustainability Reporting into a single intelligent platform capable of transforming how organizations manage recyclable waste.
As we transition from concept validation to MVP development, we are looking for a founding team member who will help establish our first pilot partnerships and build meaningful relationships with early adopters.
This is an early-stage founding position with equity compensation.
Your Mission
As our Founding Pilot & Partnerships Lead, your mission is to identify, engage, and develop relationships with organizations interested in becoming Nexar's first pilot partners.
You will work directly with the founders to build our early customer pipeline, coordinate pilot opportunities, manage conversations with potential partners, and help validate the product through real-world deployments.
This role is focused on creating traction before large-scale commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Identify organizations that match Nexar's target customer profile.
- Build relationships with potential pilot partners.
- Manage outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and networking.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings.
- Maintain the pilot pipeline and CRM.
- Follow up with potential customers and strategic partners.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team.
- Support preparation of pilot agreements and partnership discussions.
- Assist with investor demonstrations and pilot presentations.
- Represent Nexar professionally during external meetings and events.

A strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and confidence in representing an early-stage startup are essential.

Compensation
This is currently an equity-based founding position.
As one of the earliest members of Nexar Dynamics, you will receive meaningful equity participation and play an important role in helping the company secure its first pilot customers and commercial partnerships.
Future cash compensation will be introduced as the company progresses through funding and commercial milestones.
