Company Description : NewEnergie Renewables Pvt Ltd, based in Navi Mumbai, has been active in the solar renewable energy sector since 2010. The company specializes in design, engineering, and turnkey solar solutions, with over 400 MW of solar projects implemented. NewEnergie manufactures Single Axis Trackers and is expanding capacity to 5.000 GWp per annum, setting strong operational and performance benchmarks. We also own multiple rooftop Solar systems and EV charging stations across Mumbai.
Newenergie Renewables Limited is expanding our Operations & Maintenance team, and we're looking for an **O&M Coordinator Assistant** to help keep our renewable energy and EV Charging assets running smoothly and efficiently.
**What you'll do:**
? Support day-to-day coordination of plant/site operations & maintenance activities
? Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance work
? Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors on service visits and spares
? Maintain O&M logs, reports, and compliance documentation
? Assist in tracking plant performance metrics and downtime reports
? Support the O&M Coordinator/Manager in daily operational follow-ups
**What we're looking for:**
? [Diploma — e.g., Electrical]
? [2+ years] of experience in O&M, plant operations, or a related coordination role (renewable energy/power sector preferred)
? Strong organizational and follow-up skills — comfortable juggling schedules, vendors, and reports
? Proficiency in MS Excel/Office; familiarity with O&M or asset management tools is a plus
? Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and a team player
**Location:** Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai
