Skilled Construction Laborer - Drywall & Electrical experience.

We are looking for a dependable General Laborer with hands-on experience in commercial construction, drywall, and demolition. This role helps with demo, material handling, drywall tasks, and general job-site work. Ideal candidates are hardworking, reliable, and safety-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition and job site cleanup
• Assist with drywall hanging, patching, taping, and finishing
• Load/unload construction materials and equipment
• Support remodeling and construction crews as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain organized work areas
• Operate basic hand and power tools

Requirements:

• Previous commercial construction or general labor experience
• Experience with drywall and demo work strongly preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Valid Drivers License

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Remodeling or residential construction background
2. Bilingual English/Mandarin a plus
