HAVC Technician

If you're someone that enjoys solving problems, working with electrical and mechanical systems, and traveling on-site for installations and service, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Electrical, Refrigeration & Heating Maintenance: inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical power supplies, refrigeration units, and soldering components in our battery testing systems.
• Installation & Service: support new equipment installations both on-site and at client locations; travel may be required.
• Equipment Repair: Diagnose and repair issues in the Neware environmental chamber to ensure optimal operation.
• Soldering & Wiring: Perform basic soldering and electronic component work.
• Welding (preferred): Learn Cooper welding for the AC compressor as needed
• Troubleshooting: Resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of systems.
• Team Communication: Collaborate with our engineering team and Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.

what We're Looking For

• Hands-on Experience: Background in electrical systems, HVAC/refrigeration, or heating elements preferred
• Soldering Skills: Required for electronics maintenance
• Welding Experience: A plus , but not required on-the-job.
• Independence and Precision: Able to work with minimal supervision and with high attention to detail
• Field work flexibility: Willingness to travel for clients and on-site work
• Knowing modern technology: Know how to use a laptop and smartphone.
• Language: Mandarin A plus, but not required
• Education: Associate degree (preferred)
• Experience: 1 year technician (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
