PE Project Manager (MEP - HVAC) – Make an impact while building a fantastic future.

Are you an experienced mechanical engineering professional with a passion for energy conservation and creating comfortable environments for people to work and play? Do you want to develop your architecture and engineering (A/E) expertise for making energy-efficient buildings? Qualifications

● BSME degree from an ABET-accredited college

● PE License

● 5+ years of experience in a MEP Mechanical Engineering role

● An innovative collaborative spirit

● Both CAD and REVIT experience is preferred

● Thorough understanding of and experience with

  • HVAC systems and equipment
  • HVAC design load software (HAP or Trace)
  • Mechanical and Building Codes
  • Mechanical equipment selections
  • Design of air distribution

● Experience and enjoyment of managing small projects is a must.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others as a team is critical.

● Be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines concurrently.
