Qualifications
● BSME degree from an ABET-accredited college
● PE License
● 5+ years of experience in a MEP Mechanical Engineering role
● An innovative collaborative spirit
● Both CAD and REVIT experience is preferred
● Thorough understanding of and experience with
- HVAC systems and equipment
- HVAC design load software (HAP or Trace)
- Mechanical and Building Codes
- Mechanical equipment selections
- Design of air distribution
● Experience and enjoyment of managing small projects is a must.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others as a team is critical.
● Be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines concurrently.
