About the job

We’re looking for an analyst to join our Commercial Agreement team. This secondary research team will play a critical role in advancing climate tech initiatives by meticulously tracking, analyzing, and presenting vital data on commercial agreements. If you're passionate about contributing to the global climate tech movement, have an eye for detail, and value accuracy and timeliness in research, we’d love to hear from you!


Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Research: Gather and maintain detailed data related to key dates, involved parties, financial details, description, conditions, and geographic focus.
  • Enrich Data: Identify gaps and integrate additional insights from credible sources.
  • Assure Quality: Cross-check findings for accuracy and reliability.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure data is regularly updated and delivered on schedule.


Requirements:

  • Startup ecosystem: In-depth Knowledge of Startups/Venture Ecosystem and Terminology - THIS IS A MUST
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with data management tools and backend systems.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in secondary research or data analysis, ideally with exposure to climate tech.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to track and analyze complex datasets accurately.
  • Timeliness: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and research tools; knowledge of climate tech trends is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential to coordinate efforts and ensure data accuracy.
  • Passion for Climate Innovation: A genuine interest in climate tech startups and their impact on sustainability.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
