Implementation Manager, Investment Project Digitalization

We are looking for you, Implementation Manager to our Investment Project Digitalization team which is part of the Investment Project Execution and Governance organisation.
The primary location for this role is Kilpilahti, Porvoo, with an option to work also from our Espoo headquarters. We follow a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. We organize free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for our employees from the capital region, Porvoo and the nearby areas.
You will focus on driving SAP ERP solution development for Plant Investment Projects and participate in supporting successful operation of the solution once taken into use in our organisation branch. In this job you will work closely with Investment Project Governance and Execution function end users as well as with relevant stakeholders from e.g. Finance, IT and Business Units.
In our team, you will participate actively in planning and driving the digital journey of the Plant Investment Projects in Neste. - Drive functional requirements into SAP ERP solution to meet set targets
- Participate in digitalisation roadmap development, initiation control with the team
- Bring new initiative candidates to increase efficiency and predictability in projects
- Support change from document centric to data centric information management
- During the SAP ERP project also an operative organization will be created and there is an option to continue with the developed solution as part of the operational team.
- Relevant business, process and technology (namely SAP) understanding. Strong project/stream leadership and development management competence.
- Track record of driving performance through leading development projects/streams to enable change.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, matrix leadership, analytical and conceptual thinking that supports also successful implementation.
