Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role located in Raipur, with an option for some work from home. The Social Media Marketing Intern will assist in executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. The intern will also analyze performance metrics, contribute to brand awareness initiatives, and collaborate with team members to implement effective communication strategies across various digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and general marketing principles
- Strong Communication capabilities, including verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics for optimizing social media performance
- Creativity and a strong eye for detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Interest in sustainability or eco-friendly initiatives is a plus
DURATION : 3 MONTHS
Responsible for managing and enhancing the social media presence. You’ll create engaging content, drive community interaction, oversee platform performance, and support brand growth through strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver social media strategies aligned with campaign goals.
2. Create, schedule, and publish content (text, images, videos) across social platforms.
3. Monitor, engage with, and grow the online community.
4. Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement), and refine strategy accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s/Master's degree in marketing or related field
2. Knowledge in social media management or digital marketing.
3. Creative, detail‑oriented, and highly organized.
4. Experience with scheduling tools
