As a Senior Finance Business Partner - Global Functions, you’ll be the trusted financial voice supporting leaders across Finance, Enterprise Business Services, Land & Property, and Procurement—shaping direction, sharpening performance, and bringing clarity to complex challenges. You’ll turn data into powerful executive insights, guide long range planning and forecasting, and partner closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to drive informed, future focused decisions. You’ll lead the evolution of our enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance frameworks—bringing sharper insight, stronger discipline, and greater agility to how we operate. This includes delivering high impact financial analysis, scenario modelling, and strategic recommendations that shape executive decisions. You’ll challenge assumptions, influence outcomes, and act as the key connector between Global Functions Finance, Business Units, Group FP&A, Plan to Perform, and other critical partners. Alongside this, you’ll provide leadership and coaching to a team of finance professionals, elevating capability and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

This role can be based out of our Strand or Warwick office, and we’d hope to see you at least two days per week with some regional travel but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. We’re happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Global Functions executives, delivering clear, actionable insight on cost performance, efficiency opportunities, and strategic trade offs.
  • Lead high quality management reporting, including KPIs, benchmarking, variance analysis, and multiyear outlooks.
  • Own and enhance the Global Functions planning cycle, simplifying and improving processes across Finance.
  • Drive adoption of new planning and forecasting tools, ensuring readiness, strong data quality, and engaged stakeholders.
  • Build collaborative relationships across Global Functions, Business Units, and Group teams to strengthen transparency and alignment.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of nine, fostering a high performance, analytically rigorous culture.
  • Challenge and improve financial processes, governance, and controls to support better decisions and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, influencing senior leaders with forward looking recommendations.
  • Lead or support cross functional initiatives, transformation efforts, and strategic projects as priorities evolve.

What You’ll Have

  • A Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with deep experience across finance, business partnering, FP&A, or similar roles within complex, matrixed organisations.
  • A strong track record of advising and influencing senior executives—shaping decisions, guiding strategy, and driving meaningful financial outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical capability, with the ability to cut through complexity, distil large data sets, and turn insight into clear, compelling recommendations.
  • Confident, inspiring leadership skills, backed by real experience developing, coaching, and motivating high performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex ideas and deliver messages that resonate at every level.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise, with bonus points for experience in SAP, PowerBI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
  • Solid grounding in performance management, planning and forecasting, financial modelling, and risk management.
  • A sharp eye for detail combined with a strategic, forward thinking mindset—and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever evolving environment.

What You'll Get

A comepetitive salary dependant on experience.

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance with on target being 20% (with a maximum of 40%) and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%, Private Medical Insurance, A company electric vehicle or cash alternative, plus many more flexible benefits.
