We’re looking for a passionate Senior Finance Analyst to join the Global Functions team to support, challenge and drive the financial decisions in the BU’s Functions. Additionally, effectively collaborate with you Finance and Business colleagues to ensure provision of consistent, high-quality information.

This role is be based out of our Warwick office, and we’d hope to see you at least two days per week but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. We’re happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!

What You'll Do

  • Collating data and supporting the preparation of forecasts and business plans as well as, the budget that provides clarity and ambition for Operational Teams to deliver against.
  • Having responsibility for the collation and preparation of NG financial KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Preparing and managing various ad hoc and financial reports for Operational Managers, UKLP Leadership Team and other parties as required.
  • Ensuring internal and external stakeholders are provided with both timely and consistent information on financial /non-financial issues, projects and services.
  • Co-ordinating monthly review meetings with budget holders.
  • Challenging and advising on budget variance analysis to target.
  • Supporting the Finance Business Partners (FBPs) with the relationship with business stakeholders, building strong rapport and trust across the Finance and Property teams.
  • Deputising for Finance Business Partner when required.
  • Supporting the Finance Business Partner on key strategic objectives
  • Proactively build own knowledge of the business in order to produce clear reporting.

What You'll Have

  • Fully / Part Qualified Accountant, (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with planning, forecasting and budgeting experience.
  • Strong MS Excel skill and working knowledge of financial modelling.
  • Reporting Financial Information, Financial & Investment Appraisal, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Forecasting experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities/SAP S/4 working knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and shape decisions.
  • Detail orientated, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across the business and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data to provide insightful business intelligence.
  • Confident in summarising complex transactions, weighing up all the relevant factors, such as how transactions impact other areas of the business to senior management.
